⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had an outstanding experience purchasing our F-150.One of the biggest challenges was that we were buying from out of state, and the dealership went above and beyond to help make the entire process work. They were flexible, patient, and worked with us on timing, paperwork, and scheduling so everything could come together despite the distance and our complicated schedule.They communicated clearly throughout the process, answered our questions, and helped coordinate everything so we could complete the purchase without unnecessary stress. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, we felt like they genuinely wanted to help us make the deal work in a way that fit our situation.What really stood out was their willingness to work with us when plans changed and timelines shifted. They were accommodating, professional, and made what could have been a difficult out-of-state purchase surprisingly smooth.The best part was seeing how excited Brandon was when he finally drove away in his new truck. After all the planning and coordination, watching him drive home with a huge smile on his face made the entire experience worth it. He absolutely loves his truck and hasn't stopped talking about it since.Thank you for making the process easy and helping put a very happy customer in an amazing truck. Bought an SUV from them in March. They were super helpful, we didn't have to deal with haggling or trying to tack on extra fees. Friendly staff and professional service. Just make sure you get there before 4.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from my guys at LF Auto , my experience there was very satisfying. They were honest , very professional and handled all our needs with urgency. I'll highly recommend any to go here for a good quality automobile.

I bought my Volkswagen Atlas from LF Autos two months ago, and it was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient—I walked in knowing what I wanted, took a test drive, and was headed back to work with my new vehicle within an hour and a half. If you need to buy a car, but hate the hassle of dealerships, the back and forth, the haggling, check out my boys at LF. They trying to get you out of there in the car you want as soon as possible. I did come in with a pre-approval letter which made it a little smoother but they still had to call Capital One to verify all the info and run the credit, so I’m not sure it made much of a difference.

This was arguably my best car buying experience in my 30+ years of car ownership. Nick and Dimitri are the epitome of no pressure sales at every stage of the process from the initial test drive to signing the paper. They actually stayed past closing to finalize the paperwork because we told them we were running late and told them ahead of time. I plan to go back for my next purchase and have told friends about them

No words can explain how happy I am with purchasing my vehicle from LF Autos. Everyone there is wonderful. Nick patiently walked through the process and answered all my questions. My right rear LED light burnt out and they gave fast and speedy service. I brought my BMW 750 a year ago and this vehicle had been reliable since my purchase. Very good customer service

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience at L&F autos. Nick and Dimitri are very personable and professional.
